Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and Proxibid

Proxibid (Auction Technology Group) communicated earlier this year that effective February 2, 2023, we ceased our relationship with Silicon Valley Bank in favor of working with JP Morgan Chase. As you may know, Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) was shut down and placed into receivership this week.

Many of our clients have already made the required changes to bank routing. Given the situation with Silicon Valley Bank, we are reaching out to ensure that effective immediately, our partners discontinue sending payments to the previous SVB account/lock box and use our new banking information at JP Morgan Chase.

Given the seriousness of the situation, we do strongly recommend that our clients verify banking relationships for any other marketplace, or auction/software provider with whom you may partner.
