This article describes the process for sending emails to bidders advising them that they've won items in your event. These emails are different from the actual invoices. The option to send "You Won" emails is not available to auction events utilizing atgPay.

Sending "You Won" Emails
You may wish to send the winning bidder(s) an email notifying them when they have won an item(s). Sending "You Won" emails is available for live auctions (this is done automatically for timed auctions).
To send these emails:
- Click on the Invoice link at the bottom of an auction event on the Dashboard.
- Verify that you are viewing unsent invoices. The "You Won" email cannot be sent to bidders who have already received their invoice.
- Click the box to the left of the bidder(s) you wish to send the email to.
- Click the Send You Won Email button.
