This article describes the processing for logging into the atgPay Payment Processing Portal (Payrix) as well as resetting the password.

Logging Into the Payment Processing Portal
- Access the Payment Processing Portal.
- Enter the Username associated with the account.
- The Username would have been sent to the auction company in the Welcome email that came from either payments@proxibid.com or payments@wavebid.com once the company was onboarded to atgPay.
- Logging into the Payrix portal requires Multi-factor authentication (MFA); meaning the user needs to use their username and password, as well as verification on the authenticator app of their choice or a text message before they will be able to access their account. - Enter the Password associated with the account.
- The password would have been selected by the user as part of the atgPay application process.
- If you are unsure of the password, you can reset following the instructions below.
- Click the Log In button.
Password Reset
If the password is unknown, it can be reset by following the steps below.
- Click the Forgot Password? link on the login screen.
- A password email will be sent to the email address associated with the account and a new screen will open containing a Code field.
- The password reset email will come from no_reply@payrix.com with the subject line "Password Reset".
- Be sure to check any Spam folders if the email does not appear in your inbox.
- Click the Reset button in the password reset email.
- If the Reset button does not work, copy and paste the URL from the bottom of the email into a new browser window.
- The Code field will now be automatically populated on the Payment Processing Portal password reset page.
- Enter the Username associated with the account.
- Confirm the Username by viewing the greeting at the top of the password reset email.
- Enter a New Password.
- The password must contain at least 8 characters and must contain at least 3 of: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, symbol.
- Enter the same new password into the Repeat New Password field.
- Click the Change Password button.
- A confirmation will appear at the top of the page and another email will be sent confirming that the password was successfully reset.
- The email will come from no_reply@payrix.com with the subject line "Password Updated Successfully".
- Enter your Username again.
- Enter the new password into the Password field.
- Click the Log In button.
