About Multi-Factor Authentication
Starting March 18, 2024, Payrix enabled multi-factor authentication for all users logging into the portal. Multi-factor authentication means that the user needs to use their username and password, as well as verification on the authenticator app of their choice (or a text message) before they will be able to access their account. This additional layer of security is meant to protect users from fraudulent logins.
- A mobile device will be required to be able to login.
- If an auction house has more than one person logging into Payrix, each of them will require their own user account.
Please refer to the attached PDF and videos for additional information.
