Importing Lots & Images
You can upload lots and images in the same way you would normally in AuctionBuilder - through the Bulk Loader or Catalog Generator.
- Lots, details, and images can take time to export and synchronize to all ATG Partner Network sites - up to 48 hours (business days).
The following details are needed to ensure a swift and smooth cross listing:
- Primary Category (Auction level)
- Lot categories
- Make/Manufacturer/Brand
- Model
- Year (Vehicles)
- Horsepower (Tractors)
When using Wavebid for cataloging a cross-listed auction the auction should be created in AuctionBuilder (Proxibid) and then linked in Wavebid. From there you can then upload the catalog and images and it should be noted that when using Wavebid, categorization needs to occur in Wavebid.
-
- Grab the Auction ID from either the URL or the Bulk Loader.
- Follow the Proxibid Integration steps here.
Firearms cannot be included in a catalog that is cross listed across the Partner Network.
- If firearms lots are included in the catalog they will need to be deleted from the catalog on Proxibid.
Categorization
It can be expected that items in these categories will be listed on the Partner sites if they are categorized accurately and contain the details required by the Partner site. Items categorized outside of these may list across the Partner Network but may be discoverable via search and not via the mega nav:
- Farm Equipment.
- Heavy Construction – primarily but not exclusively, forklifts and generators.
- Commercial Vehicles – primarily but not exclusively, SUVs, Pickup Trucks, RVs, and Utility Vehicles.
For more information, see Lot Categorization & Metadata.
- If your catalog does not include the category information and lot details required to list across the Partner Network, the ATG team will categorize your lots to the best of our ability within 48 hours of the event going Online. Changes made to the catalog after initially going online will not be categorized by ATG as standard.
Your cross-listed event
Your cross-listed auction will display across ATG's Partner Network where bidders will be funneled back towards your auction on Proxibid. Here, they will register and bid as usual on Proxibid.

Start prices that are off increment will be rounded up to the next valid increment. An asking price equal to your first valid increment will be automatically created if one is not specified, sometimes this will be $0.01. |
Multi-ring / Linked auctions | Partially available |
Auctions can be linked in AuctionBuilder (Proxibid) but the auctions on Partner sites will not be linked. If linking cross-listed events, it's recommended to link them when they are in a "Disabled" state. When events are linked on Proxibid, items and/or bids cannot be moved between linked auctions. |
