Proxibid to LiveAuctioneers: Bid & Bidder Management

This article describes how bidder approval and bid/pre-bid retractions are handled when cross-listing an auction from Proxibid to LiveAuctioneers using atgXL.

Bidder Management

Auction and catalog data is automatically synchronized from AuctionBuilder to LiveAuctioneers for cross-listed timed auctions, however, bidder management is performed independently on each marketplace.

Bid Management

Bid retractions and post-sale steps are handled separately on the relevant marketplace tools.

We recommend that if you require a bid to be retracted/removed during a cross-listed Timed auction that you contact Seller Support:

LiveAuctioneers cannot retract a bid on a bidder's behalf, but can instruct bidders on how to retract their own bids. LiveAuctioneers bidders can retract bids up to 24 hours prior to the lot’s estimated end time.
