This article describes how reports, auction results, and invoices are handled when cross-listing an auction from Proxibid to LiveAuctioneers using atgXL.

Results/Reports
Results must be obtained from each marketplace separately, as they are not consolidated into one place automatically.
Reports in Proxibid AuctionBuilder
Reports in AuctionBuilder will only show buyer details for Proxibid bidders. Bids from LiveAuctioneers will be represented in AuctionBuilder as “offsiteBidder” with a paddle number of “-3”. Buyer details for those bidders can then be accessed in LiveAuctioneers.

Results in LiveAuctioneers
Reports in the LiveAuctioneers dashboard will only show full buyer details for LiveAuctioneers bidders.

Exporting Results to Wavebid
When using Wavebid for reporting on an atgXL auction, sales results and bidder data must be exported manually from LiveAuctioneers and then imported into Wavebid. More information on this process can be found here.
Passing Lots
Passing lots will follow the standard steps of the marketplace the winning bidder is on.
Passing Lots in Proxibid AuctionBuilder
In AuctionBuilder, lots that do not meet the Starting Bid or Reserve price may show as 'Passed' during the auction. If you need to have a lot passed in AuctionBuilder after the auction, please submit an Invoice Review or contact Seller Support.
Passing Lots in LiveAuctioneers
Information on passing lots in LiveAuctioneers can be found below:
- Reopening a 'Sold' or 'Passed' lot
- Correcting a lot that has been incorrectly clerked as 'Passed' or 'Sold'
Invoicing
Notifying and invoicing your winning bidders must be done through each of the marketplaces separately, as results are not consolidated into one place automatically.
Invoicing in Proxibid AuctionBuilder
Bids from LiveAuctioneers will be represented in AuctionBuilder as “offsiteBidder”.
- Proxibid bidders in AuctionBuilder can be invoiced in the same way as events that are not cross-listed.
- If the intention is to invoice through atgPay, these bidders will need to be removed or excluded from the invoice list before invoicing.
Invoicing in LiveAuctioneers
LiveAuctioneers bidders will be invoiced in LiveAuctioneers via LivePayments. More details on how to invoice bidders through LiveAuctioneers can be found here.
Using Wavebid for Invoicing
When using Wavebid for invoicing on an atgXL auction, sales results and bidder data must be exported manually from LiveAuctioneers and then imported into Wavebid. More details on this process can be found here.
