Custom Bid Increments
Auction companies do not have the ability to alter their bid increments. Please contact Seller Support to request changes to bid increments.
Changes can be made at the company level (creating a new default for the company) or at the auction level. An increment table cannot be applied to an individual lot within an auction.
Changes to bid increments must be completed before an event goes online.
When creating a custom bid increment table, please consider the following:
- The first Low value entered must be either $0.00 or $0.01.
- The Increment value must be divisible by the Low value.
- The Increment can only increase- it cannot decrease.
