This article describes the information visible on the AuctionBuilder Dashboard as well as options for filtering that information. For information about the individual auction events that appear on the Dashboard, see Auction Events.

Filter Options
The Auction Dashboard provides auction companies with an at-a-glance summary of all their Proxibid auctions. To view the filter options, click the Show Report button in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
To filter the events by category, select a category from the Filter By Category drop-down and click the Go button. To view all events, select All Categories from the drop-down.
To filter the events by date, enter a start date and an end date into the Select Date Range fields and click the Go button. The default date range is the year-to-date range, starting on January 1st of the current year, up to the previous day.
Auction Statistics
To view auction statistics, click the Show Report button in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
Auction Type
This section displays the number of Live and Timed and Total Auctions for a specific category or date range.
Auction Bidders
This section displays the types of buyers (U.S. Bidders, Non US Bidders, Heavy Hammers) that participated in the auction events for a specific category or date range as well as total Catalog Views.
Auction Stats
This section displays the number of Total Participants and an Average Number of Participants. This sections also displays Live Lots Sold, Timed Lots Sold, Total Lots Sold, Lots Per Auction and Price Drive Bids.
Invoicing
This section displays the percentage of bidder invoices that have been paid, the total number paid, the total amount of all bidder invoices for the selected range, and the percentage of that amount that has been paid.
Sales Summary
The blue area of the Auction Dashboard displays information regarding revenue for the events in the selected category or date range.
- Total Sales: Total revenue generated from selected events.
- Online Sales: Dollar volume from sales from online buyers for selected events.
- Price Drive: The amount of money generated by bid increases from online bidders competing for lots that are ultimately won by on-site bidders. In other words, the amount of money generated by online back-up bidders.
- Sell-Through: The number of lots sold to online buyers compared to all the lots that have been posted on Proxibid.
