Operator Guidelines
During the creation of a Live, Live & Pre-bid, or Live Virtual event, auction companies can determine how the auction will be run.
The Operator Option allows users to select how and who will be running a live event.
Onsite Auction Services Pros (operators) should be requested at least one month prior to the event date so travel arrangements can be made.
Remote Auction Services Pros (operators) should be requested at least two weeks prior to the event date. Requests can be made up to 48 hours of the event start time, but may not be fulfilled.
Contact Seller Support to request a specific Auction Services Pro.
NOTE: Changes made within 72 hours of a live event may incur additional fees and will require the assistance of the Seller Support team.
