About Event Linking
When Event Linking is utilized, bidders register one time for multiple events. This is especially helpful for multi-day events. Bidders will be automatically be registered for all linked events and will have the same paddle number for all linked events. Bidders will still have separate invoices listed under each event. Each event will have separate reporting as well.
Auctions must be created before they can be linked.
Auctions must be linked before the event status is changed to Online. Auction houses cannot link events once bidders have begun registering for the event. If events need to be linked after an event is Online or after bidders have begun registering, please contact Proxibid directly for assistance.
